Senior Associate (Polish-qualified attorney-at-law / advocate)
We advise on M&A transactions, real estate projects and disputes – especially when the matter is complex and the outcome truly matters. As CherryLaw grows, we are looking for an experienced lawyer to join us as a Senior Associate.
Scope of responsibilities:
- drafting, negotiating and coordinating transaction documents (SPAs, SHAs, investment agreements and real estate contracts),
- independently managing M&A and real estate transactions,
- leading and coordinating due diligence reviews of companies, assets and real estate,
- working directly with clients and participating in negotiations,
- preparing legal analyses and opinions on civil, commercial, corporate and real estate matters,
- supporting the team in litigation and administrative proceedings,
- taking ownership of assigned matters – from the initial analysis through to completion.
Our requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in real estate, commercial law or M&A,
- Polish qualification as an attorney-at-law or advocate,
- hands-on experience independently managing transactions and due diligence projects,
- fluent English, including the ability to draft and negotiate legal documents,
- sound judgement, accountability, strong organisational skills and the ability to make decisions in complex matters.
