Scope of responsibilities:

• drafting, negotiating and coordinating transaction documents (SPAs, SHAs, investment agreements and real estate contracts),
• independently managing M&A and real estate transactions,
• leading and coordinating due diligence reviews of companies, assets and real estate,
• working directly with clients and participating in negotiations,
• preparing legal analyses and opinions on civil, commercial, corporate and real estate matters,
• supporting the team in litigation and administrative proceedings,
• taking ownership of assigned matters – from the initial analysis through to completion.

Our requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in real estate, commercial law or M&A,
• Polish qualification as an attorney-at-law or advocate,
• hands-on experience independently managing transactions and due diligence projects,
• fluent English, including the ability to draft and negotiate legal documents,
• sound judgement, accountability, strong organisational skills and the ability to make decisions in complex matters.
